I rang at very short notice to arrange the hire of a Chrysler 300 for last Saturday evening.
I just wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with how the evening turned out. The driver arrived exactly on time and the bubbly provided was lovely.
The driver took us on a meander through the countryside and we reached our destination, which was Gusto in Knutsford, in good time. During the evening, the driver texted me his number in case we needed it and due to our last course being delayed I did text the driver (I can’t remember his name, sorry) to ask to put back the pick up time by quarter of an hour. This was not a problem and he appeared on time to the minute and took us home.
I was let down by another limo company 3 years ago when the pink limo did not turn up and it was such a disappointment on my daughter’s 18th birthday.
I was apprehensive about booking another one but using your company has made me realise that all limo companies are not the same.
I will keep your details for the next occasion and recommend you too. Please pass on my thanks again to our driver and to you for arranging such a lovely car for us – my mum was thrilled to bits, as it was arranged as a surprise for her 70th birthday.

I would like to say Thank You, and especially to our Limo driver, (forgot to ask his name!) for a superb evening last Sunday when we went to Knowsley Hall.
The Limousine was exquisite and our driver a perfect gentleman. 
All my group loved it. I hope the opportunity arises for us to do something similar again, and will certainly rebook Lucid Limo's.
